Q. How is the company organized?
Our parent company, The Flintco Companies Inc., is headquartered in Tulsa, Okla. The corporate office provides support functions for marketing, human resources, training, and safety in order to optimize efficiency. Each of our eight offices has developed a unique expression of the Flintco company culture, operates as a separate profit center, and maintains autonomy in its day-to-day operations.

Q. Does Flintco offer a retirement plan?
Yes. Flintco's 401(k) plan features voluntary pre-tax savings and company contributions by which Flintco provides a percentage company match for the employee. Under this plan, the employee may contribute as much as 75 percent of base wages.

Q. Does Flintco regularly evaluate its employees for promotions, salary increases and other opportunities?
Yes. Annual performance evaluations are the maximum timeframe within which reviews are conducted, and Flintco often will review specific project performance or reward exemplary achievements. One way we maintain such a highly successful workforce is to maintain a policy of promotion from within the Flintco ranks whenever possible.

Q. What is Flintco's dress code?
In the field, safety is always at the forefront of any dress requirements for construction management and crews, and we strictly adhere to all Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) to promote a safe work site on each and every Flintco construction project. In the Flintco office environment, business casual attire is the preferred style of dress.

Some positions and project assignments at Flintco necessitate regular travel, while others may require none at all. When considering a position with Flintco, the interview process will disclose how much travel is necessary.
