• This 750,000-square-foot project is the renovation of a two-story office and storage building for the State Franchise Tax Board.
• Building one includes the addition of 13 kitchenettes and two shower/locker room spaces and an open-shaft, exposed glass elevator.
• All of the existing t-bars and ceiling tiles were inspected and 75% were replaced while 25% were set aside for cleaning and then reinstalled.
• The cabling in the building was completely overhauled with new wiring at all workstations with multiple added panels and transformers.
