• The 210,000-square-foot renovation includes 240 rooms, a 20,000-square-foot conference center and an attached garage.
• The basement includes lease space, a pool and spa.
• The historic preservation is concentrated on the 1st, 2nd and 14th floors exposing the original floor and wall tile as well as the ornate ceiling detail.
• This landmark structure is re-focusing attention to the downtown area while providing a high quality stay for tourists.
