PROJECT DATA
- This 310,000-square-foot luxury hotel with 300 guest rooms and
an 80,000-square-foot conference center features a breathtaking
nine-story atrium with skylight, a trademark of all Hammon's
hotels, with a waterfall and lush landscaping.
- Rooms range from cozy singles to the grand Presidential Suite
and select rooms feature adjoining meeting space and many rooms
offer private balconies.
- The first floor houses registration and check-in, dining area,
bar, pool, fitness room, sauna, coffee shop, game room and
lounge.
- Top of the line finishes include granite tops and bases and
marble and stone floors.
- The tower is post-tensioned concrete and the conference center
is structural steel.
- The exterior is 1" thinbrick wainscot and panelized EIFS.
