• A 200-unit apartment complex for active seniors, all units are housed under one roof and each features a full kitchen, living and bedroom area.
• Residents enjoy an on-site beauty salon, computer room, game room and medical check-up area.
• The 200,000-square-foot is moslty wood frame while the clubhouse is made of conventional structural steel.
• A Versa-Lok system was used for retaining walls to allow the building to nestle into the hillside.
• Additional landscaping completes the ambience of the facility.
