Peter Kozicz, President & CEO
Peter oversees and provides support to the Division Presidents/Executive Vice Presidents. Together, they are responsible and accountable for the safety, quality, and financial performance of all projects throughout the company. As Executive Vice Chairman, he is focused on the company's continued growth and expansion.
Prior to joining the Flintco team, Peter served as the Senior Advisor for Viterra, Inc. During his tenure there, he led the sale and negotiations of Associated Proteins Limited Partnership to Viterra. He spearheaded the efforts to recruit key managers, reset the organizational structure and drafted a five-year strategic plan for the company. A graduate of Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Finance. He actively serves on private and public company boards and in several organizations.
Craig Saur, Chief AdminIstrative Officer
Craig oversees the finance, accounting, legal and risk management teams. Before joining Flintco, Craig served as Market Leader for Alberici’s Building and Healthcare divisions. Prior to that he was President and CEO of Conrad Properties Corp.
Craig brings 17 years of experience in international construction and development to his role. In addition to an MBA from the University of Michigan, Craig also has a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
Tim Weatherford, President, South East Region
Tim joined Flintco as an Assistant Project Manager after completing a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee. Tim became a Project Manager in 1998, and in 2005 was promoted to Vice President/Director of Preconstruction. In 2014, he was named Vice President/Area Manager in Memphis, and in 2018 was promoted again to Southeast Regional President.
During his 24-year career with Flintco, Tim has served clients like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, FedEx, and several in Healthcare including Baptist Memorial and Methodist Le Bonheur.
Dave Kollmann, Executive Vice President, President, Central Region
Dave joined Flintco in 1993 to lead the new preconstruction services department. Today, he leads the Tulsa and Oklahoma City offices of Flintco as well as Oakridge. He also serves as executive vice president on the company's board.
Dave attended Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He has more than 25 years of experience in construction management, preconstruction services and engineering. Dave has published articles and taught seminars and classes on several areas of Construction for AGC, AIA and several state colleges.
Kevin Moyes, Executive Vice President, President, South Central Region
As the President of the South Central Region, Kevin oversees the development and growth of Flintco's offices in Austin, Texas, Memphis, Tenn. and Springdale, Ark. He is responsible for overall operations with his primary emphasis placed on project development efforts regarding planning, promotion, negotiating and securing client relations. Kevin has a strong background in leadership development and partnering and is a sought-after speaker and leadership development facilities.
Kevin joined Flintco in 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University and has more than 30 years of experience in construction management and general contracting.
Tony Destefano, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, Vice President – Human Resources
Tony has worked at the executive level in Human Resources for large construction companies since 2007. He joined Flintco in 2018 and is based in Austin, Texas, where he oversees training, development, EEO compliance, employee staffing and performance management across the enterprise.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, he served two tours of duty in Iraq as an Army field artillery officer. Tony enjoys spending time with his family by volunteering with Cub Scouts, YMCA, and I-9 sports. He has also held leadership positions with Habitat for Humanity and Ronald McDonald House Charities at the local level.
TRENT GUDGEL, GENERAL COUNSEL
Trent is Flintco's in-house General Counsel and, as a member of the executive leadership team, provides legal guidance to the enterprise. He brings extensive knowledge of the industry and has more than 25 years of experience in construction, commercial, business and real estate law.
Trent is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. He received his BBA, MBA and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
