Description:

  • Flintco completed demolition and replacement of two air handler units (including equipment pad enlargement) chilled and hot water pumps and associated piping.
  • We also removed and replaced a steam pressure reducing station and steam condensate return unit, installed two steam-to-steam clean steam generators and associated piping to dispersion grids, and installed a domestic water booster pump and associated piping.
  • This included the removal of an obsolete electrical motor control center and switchgear electrical outage for the tie-in of a new electrical panel.
  • All mechanical systems part of the work scope fed conditioned air to one museum and three levels of archives within the building, requiring temporary temperature and humidity control throughout.
