Danny Moeschle
Vicepresidente, Gerente de Área / Memphis
Construction has always been about people for Danny Moeschle. His servant leadership approach defines his role as Vice President, Area Manager of the Memphis office, where he leads day-to-day operations, preconstruction, business development, and project execution. “I’ve always been inspired by the clients that we get the privilege of serving,” Danny said. “The work that they do makes a difference, and that inspires me.” Danny’s leadership style blends servant leadership with courageous decision-making when needed, guided by core values of respect, integrity, humility, accountability, and courage.
From a young age, Danny loved to draw and imagined becoming an architect, fueling a lifelong appreciation for the built environment. Mentored throughout college and gaining hands-on experience with a mechanical contractor, he further explored how projects take shape. His background in architectural technology deepened that interest, but it was the job site – not the design studio – that ultimately won him over. After graduating, he joined Flintco and has since dedicated his career to construction management, delivering projects that leave a lasting impact on communities.
Danny’s project experience spans healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, higher education, and K-12 markets, but one of his most meaningful milestones remains the St. Jude Proton Therapy Center – the first proton therapy facility dedicated solely to pediatric patients. Danny also points to the Porter Leath early childhood centers as a source of pride – facilities in underserved communities designed to give children and families a strong start.
In addition to his leadership role, Danny serves as corporate champion for St. Jude employee engagement, guiding fundraising campaigns and volunteer efforts, and sits on the construction advisory board for the Construction Management program at the University of Memphis Herff College of Engineering. He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a two-time Flintco Chairman Award winner.
Danny and his wife have four grown children pursuing careers in engineering, music therapy, law enforcement, and healthcare across the country. Outside of work, Danny is a loyal fan of the Memphis Tigers and Grizzlies, enjoys traveling to beaches and islands with his wife, visiting their children, and spending time with friends. A unique family tie connects Danny’s personal and professional life – his great-grandmother once worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital, which once stood on the same site as the current St. Jude campus.
