South Denver Cardiology Heart Center TI
This project included the transformation of a shell space into an advanced heart center. The project involved the creation of 14 exam rooms, eight offices including four for physicians with attached rooftop patio and two for nurse practitioners, a minor procedure room, storage areas, state of the art conference room and a reception/waiting room with breath taking views of Colorado’s beautiful mountain range. Each area ensures optimal use of space and patient comfort.
The South Denver Cardiology Heart Center project was awarded the ABC Rocky Mountain Excellence in Construction Award.
