ACC Highland Chilled Water Plant

The project consists of the finish out of the 4,500-ton capacity Chilled Water Plant to serve the ACC Highland Campus. This contract is for the finish out of the Core and Shell of the building (which is being built by another GC). This scope includes the interior finish out, F&I of the chillers, cooling towers, pumps, electrical, and controls. Also included is a 1.8 million-gallon Thermal Energy Storage tank.
