FedEx Ground Dallas Hub Expansion

The expansion on this 101-acre site was completed while the site was open, so special care was required to not disturb ongoing operations. We coordinated the assembly and installation of package-handling and automated conveyor systems and added interior upgrades, a vending area, parking spaces, site work, and utility work for future expansion.
