Sanchez Elementary Modernization

Modernization of existing 58,600 SF school to provide an open learning environment. The new facility is a renovation project to create modern learning spaces and offer state-of-the-art technology and community spaces. Learning areas are incorporating open spaces to encourage mobility and invites interaction between students and staff. Includes integration of multiple spaces to support community needs. All building systems and features reflecting the latest in green sustainable construction.
