UT Mary E. Gearing Hall HVAC & Electrical Renovations

The renovation of this seven-story building included replacing air handling units, associated controls, and piping in mechanical rooms. The scope of work also included provision of temporary HVAC for the basement storage area, replacement of chilled water/heating water pumps with associated control and piping in mechanical rooms. The existing motor control center, branch circuit panelboards, existing cloth-insulated branch circuit feeders, and end devices were also replaced.
