Devin Radovich

Devin Radovich has more than 30 years of experience in construction and energy, with a passion for renewable energy that began in 2010. He got his start as a carpenter working alongside his family and has grown through every phase of the construction industry, serving as a field engineer, project manager, procurement specialist, and preconstruction leader.

Since shifting his focus to clean energy, Devin has helped develop and deliver nearly 3 gigawatts of renewable power across solar, wind, battery storage, and transmission projects. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle – from early-stage development and engineering through procurement, construction, and commercial operation. Before transitioning to renewables, Devin worked on a wide range of projects, including military facilities, hospitality, and advanced manufacturing, building a solid foundation in construction management.

As Director of Business Development at Flintco Renewable Energy, Devin is focused on building a Tier 1 renewable EPC platform and strengthening industry partnerships. He’s driven by a belief that access to clean, reliable power is fundamental to freedom and security. Devin credits strong communication and relationships as key to his success, often saying, “The sector’s greatest asset is its people.” He leads with clarity, values mentorship and collaboration, and drives the pursuit of innovative solutions that connect people, technology, and purpose.

Devin was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He attended Colorado State University, where he competed in cross-country and track and field, and was also active in Greek Life. A lifelong athlete, Devin continues to enjoy running, cycling, weight training, and snowboarding. He is married and a proud father of two daughters. As a family, they love to travel, stay active, cook together, and enthusiastically support their daughters’ sports and activities – Devin proudly embraces his role as their biggest fan.
