Constance Bigham

Constance Bigham, Safety Lead at Alberici, brings over 20 years of hands-on construction expertise as a journeyman boilermaker and millwright. Her extensive background includes nuclear plant work, welding specialization, and 2.5 years of safety coordination experience.

Her OSHA 510, OSHA 500, and CPR/AED certifications, combined with her philosophy that safety is about teaching sustainable practices rather than just enforcing policies, well position her as the Safety Lead. Her experience in road and bridge construction, coupled with home project expertise, from concrete work to custom builds, provides valuable practical knowledge for the project.

Through this project, Constance aims to leverage her team-building skills to maintain high morale while ensuring safe practices. Her volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, DEAF Inc., and various food pantries demonstrates her commitment to community service and skill-sharing.
