Honoring our commitment to Native American communities

Respect for those who came before us.

It's this same culture and mindset that continues to drive the company today. Flintco was founded by C.W. Flint and Pauline Kelley Flint (pictured), a Native American family in 1908. Flintco continued under Flint family ownership for more than 100 years.

We support the communities where we work and live.

Flintco works closely with Tribal Employment Rights Offices to provide employment and training opportunities that help Native American trade partners grow and prosper.

We implement proactive programs to hire and train Native American workers.

Our training programs are centered on giving Native American workers the ability to develop skills in management and trade crafts – skills that last a lifetime and contribute to the advancement of the Native communities we serve.
