Dan Oates

Daniel Oates, also known as DanO, has worked for Flintco for 21 years. Over that time, he has performed various jobs at all levels, from field engineer, project engineer, superintendent, project manager, preconstruction manager, and now as senior project manager. DanO has been married for 22 years to his wife, Rebecca, and they have two children, Rachel (17) and Josh (14). Rebecca is a marriage and family therapist. Rachel spends her time serving their church’s food pantry ministry and is also the lead sound engineer in her school’s theater class. Josh is active in the band, plays the trombone, and is the defensive captain of his soccer team. In his free time, DanO loves to play golf, go fishing, and do anything outside. He has been to Africa once before during college while on a mission trip in Kenya. He is excited to travel to Rwanda to work on this great project. One of his passions is serving others, and he looks forward to learning more about the people and culture.
