Travis Felix

Director of EPC Contracts

Travis Felix is a construction industry veteran with over 20 years of experience spanning heavy civil, oil and gas, and now renewable energy projects. He grew up in Lynden, Washington, working in his family’s construction business from age 18. Over the next 15 years, Travis rose through the ranks as a superintendent and eventually project manager and estimator at a private highway construction firm, gaining expertise across projects like tunnels, wastewater plants, and marine harbor work.

Looking to expand his skillset, Travis pivoted to the oil and gas sector in 2017, starting up two successful pipeline companies in Colorado, which were eventually acquired. Travis was determined to transition into the growing renewable energy market and did so by joining Primoris Renewable Energy as a preconstruction manager to learn the nuances before being promoted over the next few years, eventually becoming Director of EPC Contracts for the renewable segment.

Now as Director of EPC Contracts with Flintco Renewable Energy, he leverages his well-rounded contracting, construction, pre-construction, and business development background to oversee high-value project agreements.

Outside of work, Travis enjoys living a rural, small town lifestyle with his wife, three kids, and their French bulldog. He and his family enjoy road trips and hosting friends and family.
