City of Norman Municipal Maintenance Complex
The complex will house the new Fleet and Fire Maintenance Facility and the Parks Maintenance Facility designed to meet current and future needs for the public transportation, public safety and parks maintenance fleets.
The Parks Maintenance Facility is a 15,900 SF metal building with office space and ten service bays for large park maintenance vehicles. The Transit and Fire Maintenance Facility is an 18,635 SF metal building with office space and service bays to maintain the City’s fleet of large public transportation and public safety vehicles.
