Prairie View A&M University Capital Improvements

Improvements consisted of renovations to the Hobart Taylor, Wilhelmina Delco, and William Nicks Buildings. The Wilhelmina Delco Building houses several offices and classrooms which received renovations including mechanical upgrades, a new roof, and suspended ceilings. The William Nick Fieldhouse is a 78,000 SF indoor sports arena which received a 9,200 SF addition. This project also included the construction of a new 10,000 SF Public Safety Building for the University Police Department and an Emergency Operations Center. The facility features include interview rooms, holding cells, staff locker rooms, administrative offices, and multiple conference rooms of varying sizes.
