Rock and Brews Casino

This is a 246,000 SF addition and renovation of the Rocks & Brews Kaw Nation Casino formerly known as Southwind Casino in Braman, Oklahoma.

The scope includes improvements to the existing casino and a new extension to the casino. The existing casino will receive a new, improved, gaming floor and an additional off-track betting area. The new casino expansion will see the construction of a new gaming floor and the Rock & Brews restaurant. This scope of work also includes multiple site improvements, including an additional parking lot, added landscaping, new utilities, and exterior branding. This project will serve as the anchor of a multi-phase expansion to the new Rock & Brews campus which will see future additions like a hotel, convention center, and family entertainment.
