As guests enter this concrete superstructure, they will observe an elaborate atrium spanning all seven floors, consisting of stone and millwork veneers with glass handrails. Inside are an animal vivarium and class “C” laboratories. Outside is an exterior facade of brick, cast stone, and aluminum storefronts and curtainwall systems.
