This new 520,000-square-foot casino and hotel also includes a five-story, 2,500-car, 1,000,000-square-foot parking garage and sits on a 20-acre site overlooking the Coosa River. The 21-story hotel is a post-tensioned concrete structure with 283 rooms and suites. The hotel is clad with a combination of stone, curtainwalls, and EIFS topped with a unique standing seam sloped roof. The casino gaming floor is approximately 125,000 square feet and features 2,650 gaming machines, multiple dining venues, VIP lounge, and entertainment lounge. Also included is on-grade parking for 400 cars, outdoor water features, plazas, landscaping and hardscape.
