One Williams Center

Since 2012, eleven floors of the corporate headquarters have been renovated as part of an ongoing modernization effort. Full departments are relocated each year to allow complete interior demolition and the installation of updated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and IT systems. Renovated spaces feature refreshed finishes, furniture, and layouts that support flexible work, collaboration, and enhanced technology. Major upgrades include data systems, wireless access, AV capabilities, and intelligent building controls. Strategic phasing keeps departments operational during transitions, minimizing disruption. These eleven floors complement previous improvements to the Plaza Level and Fitness Center, creating a fully modernized workplace.
