FAA Multi-Purpose Building 24

This two-phase renovation modernizes a 211,000 SF facility to meet current seismic codes and support a more collaborative workplace. Phase I includes extensive basement demolition, adds seismic bracing, interior finish upgrades, and new exterior stair and elevator towers. Phase II replaces all exterior walls and fully guts floors one through three, delivering larger open workspaces along with new air handling units, ductwork, plumbing, and electrical systems.
