Navajo Tribal Utility Authority Headquarters

The new two-story facility is designed to support administrative and operational functions with offices, conference spaces, a call center, and dedicated administrative support areas. The building also includes mechanical and electrical rooms, conveying systems, vertical circulation, and IT/data infrastructure. Site improvements feature new parking, sidewalks, landscaping, fire protection, and access roads. Optional program elements include a commercial kitchen and dining facility, as well as a fitness center.
