Jody Vivion

Director of Business Development

Jody started with Flintco through an internship while at Oklahoma State University and went on to work 12 years in operations before moving to our business development team. He holds a BS in Construction Management Technology with minors in Business and Spanish and earned an MBA from OSU-Tulsa in 2014.

Jody was recognized by Oklahoma Magazine as a 40 Under 40 recipient and was honored with NAIOP’s Oklahoma Member of the Year award in 2025. His current leadership commitments include Salvation Army Board of Advisors and Facilities Committee, Tulsa Ballet Board of Directors and Facilities and Icons and Idols Committees, NAIOP Sponsorship Chair, Tulsa Regional Chamber Advisory Board, ULI Sponsorship Committee, and Zink Center of Innovation Advisory Council.

Active in his faith, Jody has led a community group through BattleCreek Church since 2017 and served for five years on the Administrative Council at Asbury United Methodist Church. Giving back to causes he believes in, Jody was also a chapter counselor for Beta Theta Pi at OSU. Past board service includes Leadership Tulsa, Tulsa Youthworks, Route 66 Main Street, and AIA Eastern Oklahoma. Jody was selected by Flintco’s Executive Leadership Team to participate in Pillars, a two-year leadership program; he also completed Leadership Tulsa, Leadership Native Oklahoma, and is currently in Leadership Oklahoma. He is certified by CSI as a CDT and CCCA. 

Jody and his wife Jill have two children and focus family time on a multitude of sports—attending, cheering on, and coaching. Some of his favorites to participate in are table tennis, tennis, ping pong, volleyball, and spikeball, as well as any leisure games and traveling.
