The 50,000 SF, two-story outpatient emergency clinic provides 27 exam rooms, a digital X-ray suite, CT imaging, a women’s center, and a rehabilitation gym. The structure consists of structural steel framing with concrete slab-on-deck and a concrete foundation system. The exterior incorporates a modified bitumen roofing system, curtain wall glazing, and high-end metal panel cladding, creating a modern and durable healthcare environment.
