Peter Kozicz

Peter Kozicz brings a diverse business background and executive perspective to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Alberici Corporation.

After joining Flintco as President and CEO during the Alberici acquisition, a role he held for 8 years, Peter worked closely with the Executive Leadership team to implement a collaborative strategic vision. His sustained focus on Safety, Quality and Financial Performance, along with a deep interest in improving historically low productivity rates for our industry, has produced compelling operational results with the adoption of Lean2.0^®, and the establishment of Flintco 4 LIFE. Peter remains a member of the Board of Directors at Flintco while also serving the greater Alberici enterprise.

Peter’s more than 30 years of executive experience in multi-billion-dollar organizations, informs his pursuit of geographic and strategic market sector expansion with a commitment to foster continuous improvement in all facets of the business. Recognizing the quality of Flintco’s people is vital to our continued success, Peter believes in recognizing and empowering leaders at every level throughout the greater Alberici / Flintco enterprise.

Peter holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – both from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario.
