Phillip Lee

Vice President of Operations Phillip Lee brings more than 21 years of construction leadership to Flintco’s Renewable Energy group. After two decades delivering complex projects with Flintco’s sister company Alberici, Phillip transitioned into renewable energy, where he has already helped bring more than 250 megawatts of clean power online. He is passionate about building projects that meet today’s needs while creating a sustainable foundation for future generations.

Phillip is guided by the same core principles that have defined his career – clear communication, thorough planning, and accountability – which he believes are essential to every project’s success. He envisions renewable energy growing into the backbone of how communities are powered.

Originally from Davis, California, Phillip earned his degree in Construction Management from California State University. His experience in commercial construction and renewable energy reflects his proven leadership and his commitment to advancing the industry through innovative solutions.

Outside of work, Phillip enjoys time with family, cycling, fly fishing, and a great BBQ.
