Tony DeStefano is responsible for the people part of our business. He is passionate about our industry and the people who make it work. As Vice President of Human Resources, Tony has a wide purview that covers recruiting and onboarding, EEO compliance, branding and messaging, training and development and planning for leadership progression and succession. Since joining Flintco in 2018, he’s led the adoption of MyNavigator – a new approach to performance communication – and rolled out a new flex time initiative to help manage work/life balance for our employees.
Tony has worked at the executive level in Human Resources for large construction companies since 2007. He chose construction as his second career because of the tangible nature of the finished product, and the ability to work as a team. He’s volunteered at the board level with Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House Charities and has given his time to Boy Scouts of America.
