Ana-Marcela Gonzalez

A true ambassador for Flintco in the San Antonio market, Ana-Marcela joined our firm in 2025. She is a graduate of both St. Mary’s University (bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Philosophy) and a double graduate of University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley, holding an MBA in Financial Planning and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. 

With seven years of experience in real estate development, Ana-Marcela brings expertise in land use and master planning, project strategy, and stakeholder collaboration. She has successfully led diverse projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors, along with cultivating economic development partners to drive regional growth while being culturally aware.

Ana-Marcela is part of Urban Land Institute’s Mentorship program and is active on their membership committee; she also serves on the Community Project Committee for Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) and was in their Leadership Development Program. She is currently in Leadership San Antonio’s Class 50 and is tri-lingual, fluent in English, Spanish and French. 

Outside of work, Ana-Marcela enjoys cooking for friends and family, distance running, and spending time with her dog that she adopted after helping build a dog park project.
