Klint Kimball
Preconstruction Director
Klint is a preconstruction and business development leader known for connecting people, ideas, and strategy to deliver successful projects. He leads budgeting, estimating, value analysis, and constructability review services, while coordinating preconstruction efforts that bring clarity and confidence to clients early in the construction process.
With a foundation in project management and field operations, Klint has a unique ability to bridge technical detail with big-picture vision. He partners closely with owners, designers, and internal teams using disciplined cost modeling, thoughtful scope definition, and strategic planning to support pursuits, guide decision-making, and advance long-term client relationships.
Klint is valued for his collaborative mindset, practical insight, and ability to translate complexity into clear direction. His involvement in business development is rooted in trust-helping clients navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and connect with the right expertise to support strategic initiatives.
A DBIA-certified professional, Klint was nominated by his peers and honored with Flintco’s Chairman’s Award for Employee Development. He was also selected to participate in Pillars, the company’s premier leadership development program. He is an active volunteer in NW Arkansas with the Ozark Foundation.
Outside of work, Klint enjoys traveling to foreign countries with his wife of 32 years, playing pickleball, and mountain biking—interests that reflect his energy, curiosity, and relationship-focused approach.
