Roger Sigler
Director of Business Development
A proud Memphian since 1972, Roger graduated from Memphis State University (now University of Memphis) in 1984 and started his career with an elevator company. He went on to work for the State of Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development as the Southwest Tennessee Regional Director, before joining Flintco in 2018. At Flintco, Roger is respected for many attributes, including leading our annual golf tournament, where $100,000 is raised each year for scholarships for those pursuing careers in construction.
In his tenured career, Roger is past president West Tennessee Chapter of ABC, past president of the Tennessee Economic Development Council (TEDC), and past president of the Memphis Area Chamber of Commerce Construction Professionals Council. He is a two-time Paul Harris Fellow through Rotary International and served as Vice President at the Rotary Club of Memphis. Roger volunteers as an Advisory Board member for Love Worth Finding and is a graduate of WestStar’s leadership program.
Roger has two children and six grandchildren and is an LSU and Memphis State fan. Active with Bellevue Baptist Church, Roger referees a variety of sports there, including basketball, flag football, volleyball, soccer, softball, and baseball. Roger exudes the motto “West Tennessee is the Best Tennessee”!
