Yongzoo Cho

Yongzoo specializes in business development with advanced manufacturing clients nationwide. He spearheads Flintco’s efforts to provide comprehensive construction solutions for Korean companies investing directly in the U.S. market. Leveraging his bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, Yongzoo cultivates strong relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate seamless collaboration on the establishment of complex manufacturing facilities and high-capacity warehouses.

A veteran of the Korean Army Special Forces, Yongzoo brings a foundation of discipline and strategic precision to every partnership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Committed to operational excellence, he has also completed his OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training, ensuring that safety and compliance are at the forefront of his business development pursuits.

Yongzoo and his wife, Suhee, have two children; one is an active figure skater, and the other enjoys swimming. An avid photographer, Yongzoo is also a dedicated sports fan, cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers, Vanderbilt Commodores, Texas A&M Aggies, and the Green Bay Packers.
