This two-phase renovation project for Harris County includes interior finish replacements and building system improvements. The 11th Floor renovation modernizes the Engineering Executive Floor with new offices, a conference room, an executive lounge with library, and reconfigured executive offices. Upgrades include new lighting, carpet, paint, redesigned underfloor HVAC, fire alarm updates, and additional sprinkler heads. The Basement renovation transforms a former cafeteria into a fitness center featuring open industrial-style ceilings, a private group fitness room, offices, locker rooms, showers, and a semi-circular reception desk. The second phase includes significant infrastructure upgrades including three new outside air handlers, and flying three new cooling towers and three new chillers to the roof for installation.
