A restored 1,700 SF historic home anchors Blake St in downtown Bentonville, AR, a community built around one central belief: “We go farther, together.” The House is joined by a 19,700 SF addition that serves as a private social and fitness club. Members enjoy multiple lounge and bar areas, three dining rooms, men’s and women’s steam showers and saunas, fitness rooms for group classes, a pickleball court, and a swimming pool. The design blends history with modern amenities.
