Cherokee Nation Central Office Building

The 70,000 SF Central Office Building, located on the main administrative campus of the Cherokee Nation, houses a data center and conference facilities. A catering kitchen supports both the conference center and a grab-and-go café in the lobby. The two upper floors contain four suites each for various government departments, accessible via a grand stair, two public elevators, and two fire stairs at either end. The building is classified as B-Business occupancy, and two existing structures on the site are demolished as part of the project scope.
