A new Class A state office building rises 14 stories and spans 603,000 SF, paired with a 12-level, 692,000 SF parking garage that accommodates 1,665 vehicles. Parking consists of five below-grade levels and seven above-grade levels. As part of the Capitol Complex Project, the development includes a cultural venue with a café on the ground and second floors, activating the Texas Mall and complementing the nearby Blanton and Texas State History Museums. The building also houses the Texas Lottery office.
