Oyate Health Center

Located near the Black Hills of South Dakota, the new Oyate Health Center is a 203,000 SF, state-of-the-art medical facility consolidating 10 existing clinics into a single, multigenerational tribal health care hub. Designed for the Cheyenne River Sioux, Oglala Sioux, and Rosebud Sioux, the center combines traditional healing, modern medicine, and sustainable design. Services include primary care, dental, audiology, specialty care, pharmacy, physical therapy, and wellness programs. Features include a Lakota star skylight, a river-inspired main corridor, and a healing garden, creating a culturally immersive and patient-centered environment.
