Spanning 660,000 SF over eight floors, the facility features a wide range of cutting-edge labs focused on advanced work in immunology, advanced microscopy, metabolomics, RNA, and biology, as well as administrative and support spaces. An open-arch design encourages collaboration through shared atriums, courtyards, and interaction zones that foster connection and innovation.

Every element is designed to support breakthrough research and attract top scientific talent — making this a forward-looking hub for discovery. The project was constructed on an active campus with minimal disruption to daily operations.
