State of Tennessee Opens New West Tennessee Regional Office for Department of Disability and Aging

Mar 05 2026

Memphis, TN — The Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging (DDA) has officially opened its new West Tennessee Regional Office, expanding services for individuals with disabilities and older adults across the region.

Previously spread across older facilities, DDA’s West Tennessee services are now consolidated on a 15-acre campus along the I-269/TN-385 corridor, improving access for individuals and families across the region. The 80,420 SF campus brings together three purpose-built facilities designed to improve service, efficiency, and long-term operations. Designed by A2H and built by Flintco, the campus features a central courtyard connecting the buildings showcasing artwork by a local artist, creating a welcoming and accessible environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

The 30,000 SF Administration Building serves as the operational hub, providing office, training, and conference space to support staff and cross-agency collaboration. The 19,000 SF Seating and Positioning Clinic delivers specialized mobility and therapeutic services for individuals with complex physical needs — services that are limited elsewhere in West Tennessee. By co-locating clinical care, case management, and program resources in one location, the campus enables coordinated visits and reduces travel burdens. An 18,000 SF Maintenance and Warehouse Building houses landscaping equipment, agency vehicles, and storage to support efficient operations.

“This campus makes it easier for individuals and families across West Tennessee to access the services they need,” said Danny Moeschle, Flintco Vice President and Area Manager. “We’re proud to partner with the State of Tennessee to build a facility designed to support the community and the people who rely on these programs.”

The new regional office represents a public investment in independence, dignity, and access to care. Flintco is proud to partner with the State of Tennessee and DDA to deliver a campus that will serve West Tennesseans now and into the future.
