ABOUT US

Commercial construction,
118 years strong.

Flintco has been building successfully for more than a century. Today, we rank among the largest and safest commercial contractors in the nation—proof of what’s possible when our team rolls up their sleeves and stays true to their word.

OUR ETHOS

OUR ETHOS

Flintco Ethos defines who we are.

Every day, we challenge ourselves to raise the bar. In 2013, we turned to retired Navy SEALs for guidance. Together we put that drive into words—the Flintco Ethos. It remains our North Star in everything we do.

I WILL HONOR AND RESPECT THE FLINTCO HERITAGE. I WILL NOT LET MY PAST SUCCESSES LEAD ME TO BELIEVE WHAT WE DID YESTERDAY IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR TOMORROW. COMPLACENCY IS NOT PART OF OUR CULTURE. I AM COMMITTED TO THE SUCCESS OF MY COMPANY, MY TEAMMATES AND MYSELF. I AM HUMBLE. I AM RESULTS DRIVEN AND BELIEVE IF WE ARE NOT WINNING, WE ARE LOSING. I WILL UNDERTAKE ALL OF MY RESPONSIBILITIES WITH THE UTMOST HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. I WILL APPROACH EVERY TASK WITH PASSION, RESPONSIBILITY, CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION. I WILL SUCCEED. I BELIEVE THAT MEDIOCRITY IS UNACCEPTABLE AND MY TRAINING IS NEVER DONE – THERE IS NO FINISH LINE. I ENCOURAGE A FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO ACCOMPLISHING MILESTONES BUT I AM INFLEXIBLE IN MY EXECUTION. SAFETY AND QUALITY ARE PARAMOUNT. I WILL POSITIVELY CONTRIBUTE TO OUR CULTURE AND COMMUNITY. I EXPECT LEADERSHIP AT EVERY LEVEL. I AM IN CONTROL OF MY ENVIRONMENT BECAUSE I OWN MY ACTIONS. I AM ACCOUNTABLE. I BELIEVE IT IS A PRIVILEGE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE FLINTCO COMMUNITY. THIS HONOR MUST BE EARNED EVERY DAY.

Our history

Our history

Where we began.

We were founded in 1908 during Oklahoma’s oil boom. Over the years, we expanded into commercial construction and, in 1972, officially became Flintco.

GUIDED BY HERITAGE.

The Cherokee values of C.W. Flint and Pauline Kelley Flint ground us in integrity and accountability, and still guide how we lead, build, and serve today.

You Bring The Vision.

We’ll Make It Happen.
