Austin Bergstrom International Airport Cargo Development

The project delivers a fully accessible cargo facility at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, featuring a 28-foot eave height, 90,000 SF of cargo space, and 16,000 SF of office space for future tenants. Developed on an eight-acre site adjacent to the existing cargo apron, the project includes heavy-duty concrete pavements, airside and landside dock aprons with multiple overhead doors, parking for staff, and infrastructure for future EV charging. Stormwater is managed through underground piping to a vegetated detention pond with integrated filtration.
