Experimental Sciences Building 2 at Texas Tech University

The 117,000 SF science building delivers flexible, high-tech interdisciplinary research laboratories, a BSL2 vivarium, principal investigator offices, core instrumentation facilities, a 50-seat seminar room, and supporting spaces. Designed as an interdisciplinary “institute,” it fosters collaboration across Texas Tech’s research enterprise. Core instrumentation facilities provide cutting-edge tools supporting state and national research initiatives. The project also includes site utility infrastructure, public art installations, and landscape and hardscape improvements, creating a fully integrated research environment.
