PROJECT DETAILS

Spaceport America Gateway to Space

Spaceport America is the world’s first purpose-built commercial spaceport, set within an 18,000-acre, FAA-licensed launch complex in southern New Mexico adjacent to White Sands Missile Range. Phase I and II focus on renovations and tenant improvements to the first and second floors of the eastern portion of the Gateway to Space terminal, occupied by Virgin Galactic. The project delivers a high-end, immersive fit-out for future astronauts, guests, and operations teams. New spaces include the Gaia Lounge with communal gathering areas, barista island, commercial kitchen, and interactive “walk of fame,” along with mission control, offices, briefing rooms, and management viewing areas.
