AdventHealth Littleton IR & Infusion Expansion

4-phased project to expand and renovate the PATT, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Infusion Suites. These critical projects will be completed and phased around existing needs and patient occupancy.

• PATT Relocation – Relocation of the existing PATT department with 1,700 SF of tenant improvement space while maintaining adjacent occupancies and utility services despite the repurposing of the space to support Pre-Admission Testing and Training.
• Nuclear Medicine Remodel – 1,500 SF tenant improvement, including support spaces, to accommodate new equipment while occupied.
• IR Expansion – 1,700 SF renovation of an existing clinical space in concert with building expansion will accommodate a new IR room as well as a new on grade AHU and enclosure. This in addition to civil and landscape updates which were performed in the existing healing garden.
• Infusion Expansion- Expansion of the existing Infusion Center by extending the building underneath an elevated exterior patio as well as a remodel of the existing suite totaling 1,900 SF.
