This project consists of 2 phases of work totaling 185,000 SF. Project scope includes renovated employee workspaces for approximately 800 to 1,000 employees, as well as a central café area. Phase 2 includes the renovation of approximately 135,000 SF of space on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Phase 3 includes 50,000 SF of re-renovation.
