Texas Facilities Commission Complex

This project was the renovation of three office structures – the William B. Travis, Lyndon B. Johnson, and Stephen F. Austin buildings. All structures are high-rises and house various state agencies and range in age from 32-45 years. The buildings received upgrades to the MEP and exterior envelope systems as well as pavement upgrades to the exterior perimeter and building envelope.
