As part of an energy-efficient initiative, this is one of the most cost-effective and economical central heating and power district energy plants in the world. We constructed and installed a 4.2-million-gallon steel thermal energy storage tank with base, the surrounding roadway, drilled piers, a structural slab, insulation systems, tapings for piping, controls for filling/testing, and a guardrail.
